  1. During “WOW Week”, interns meet with senior leaders — including CEO Steve Bratspies — to gain insight into our values and collaborative, inclusive culture, sustainability efforts, and plans to improve the lives of ten million people by 2030.

  2. Next, interns move into assigned teams for a deep dive into working at an global Fortune 500 company. Projects provide real-world business challenges and the opportunity to resolve complex business issues in real time.

  3. Throughout the ten-week program, interns are included in attending sporting events, facility tours and social gatherings where they form an ongoing network of colleagues and mentors. HanesBrands leaders work with interns personally to discuss job possibilities, vocational paths and to offer proven career advice.

As stewards of the 30+ communities in the six continents we call home, we’re ramping up efforts to protect our planet through ambitious, science-based changes from the cotton field to the consumer’s disposal of our product at the end of its life.

Unlike most apparel brands, we own and run the vast majority (nearly 70%) of our product and fabric manufacturing. That makes a huge difference — we’re able to make management decisions and act on them swiftly. We can think bigger, benefit directly from our investments and make a greater impact.
